Some products may be available only in limited quantities or during a pre-sale period. Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order processing.

3. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Prices may change before an order is placed.

The final product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and any other charges will be displayed at checkout where available.

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment service providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and to keep that information up to date.

We are not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by a payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times may vary by destination, product type, and order conditions. The final shipping charge and estimated delivery information shown at checkout will apply to the order.

Pre-Sale Products

Shipping fee: USD 0
Estimated dispatch time: Approximately 2 months after order confirmation

The estimated two-month period refers to the time before a pre-sale order is dispatched. The transit time after dispatch may vary according to the destination and logistics conditions.

Estimated transit times are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TRACKING

Orders may be shipped by UPS or another qualified carrier selected according to the destination, product type, and logistics availability.

The actual carrier and tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after the order has been dispatched.

For pre-sale orders, the carrier will be selected when the order is ready for dispatch. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, lost packages, damaged shipments, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

The main conditions include:

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery
Defective or damaged products should be reported within 7 days after delivery
Eligible non-quality returns are subject to a 3% deduction from the refundable merchandise amount
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality returns
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment but before shipment are subject to a 1% deduction from the refundable order amount
Orders confirmed by the carrier to be lost in transit may qualify for replacement with the same product or a full refund

8. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

DS PIXEL Keyboard provides a limited one-year warranty for eligible mechanical keyboards purchased through our website, unless a different warranty period is stated for a specific product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur during normal use and proper storage.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse or improper use
Accidents or external impact
Unauthorized modification or repair
Failure to follow product instructions
Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be submitted through our customer support email. We may request the order number, product details, photos, videos, or other information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

9. SOFTWARE AND TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS

Some products may be supported by firmware, configuration tools, drivers, or other technical software.

Where applicable, related software may process limited technical diagnostic information such as the device model, firmware version, software version, connection information, error reports, crash logs, and related performance information.

Our diagnostic tools are not designed to collect or record the content of your keystrokes.

Use of any software or firmware may also be subject to additional terms, license conditions, or instructions provided with the applicable product.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, software, trademarks, product names, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MIND (HK) CO., LIMITED, DS PIXEL Keyboard, or the applicable rights holder.
