This page explains the limited product warranty for eligible mechanical keyboards purchased through the DS PIXEL Keyboard website. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are covered separately in our Return & Refund Policy.
1. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
DS PIXEL Keyboard provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible mechanical keyboards purchased through our website, unless a different warranty period is stated for a specific product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur during normal use and proper storage.
2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper use
- Accidents or external impact
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Normal wear and tear
3. HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SUPPORT
Submit warranty claims to service@dspixelkey.com. Include your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where applicable. We may request additional information needed to assess the claim.
Our support team will assess the issue and may first provide troubleshooting assistance. Please obtain authorization and shipping instructions before returning a product.
4. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND SHIPPING COSTS
For verified manufacturing defects covered by the one-year warranty, we cover the necessary repair, replacement parts, or product replacement costs.
If our support team requires the product to be returned, we also cover reasonable shipping costs both to the designated service location and back to the customer, provided the shipment follows our support team's instructions.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
